1. Legal Warranty of Conformity

2. Two-Year Commercial Warranty

In addition to the legal warranty, we offer a two (2) year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunctions resulting from normal use of the product. This warranty begins on the date the product is received.

Conditions of application:

The commercial warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper use.

  • Inadequate maintenance.

  • Normal wear and tear or external events (drops, impacts, etc.).

To benefit from this warranty, the customer must:

  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) together with a detailed description of the issue, including photographs or videos of the defective product.
